By accessing or using our hostel booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make a booking.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Bookings are subject to room availability at the time of reservation.
• A booking is confirmed only after payment has been received and processed.
• We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.
• Room rates are displayed in GHS for the full 8-month stay duration unless stated otherwise.
• Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

• Residents are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and fellow residents.
• Any damage caused to hostel property will be charged to the resident's account.
• The hostel reserves the right to remove residents who breach these conduct standards.
• Smoking is not permitted in non-smoking rooms or designated non-smoking areas.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hostel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the hostel operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
